Shipping & Returns

We ship with either UPS or USPS. For all Small Orders and stuff that doesn't cost or weigh that much we will ship USPS which is a lot cheaper for those smaller packages. Anything large like Swords and Airsoft Guns we recommend shipping with UPS. Not only does UPS handle the bigger packages better we will give you free shipping insurance in the event your package gets lost or damaged during transit.

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. Please notify us by email or call us immediately before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you or prior authorized by us.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or exchange for the right item purchased.
4. Any item that is returned to us that is not our fault will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

5. Before returning the item to us, there has to be a RMA number attached, if not the package will be refused and no refund or exchange will be issued.

6. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

1. in the event that the product has been used or opened

2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you

3. to any products that was specially ordered for you

7. RMA information:

• Once the RMA has been issued to you, we will send out a return label either in the box or via email. Please mark on the Box the RMA number.
• If we send you a wrong item (s) or it gets damaged or broken in transit we will send out the correct item (s) or replacement with a return label in the box so you can return the wrong or broken item (s) back to us for free.
• If you want to return your item (s) because you changed your mind or any other reason, you will need to get an RMA Number before you send it back to us. If you do not get an RMA number prior to sending back your package it will get refused and no refund or exchange will be honored. No exceptions.
• If you return your item (s) because you changed your mind or any other reason's you will have to pay for shipping back to us.
• If we send out a replacement and we do not get back the other item (s) with in 15 days of when the RMA was issued we will charge you the old item (s) and the new item (s) that we sent to you in replacement. If you need more time please contact us so you don't get charged for the other item (s).
• Any open item (s) especially BB's can not be returned if they have been opened. We can not take back any partially used containers of BB's. Sorry.
