Liability and Warranty:

1 Liability

1.1 We are not responsible for any misuse or improper handling of our products. They can be dangerous if not used in the correct manner they were intended to be used.

1.2 They can seriously hurt or kill if used improperly. We are not liable if anyone gets hurt or dies.

1.3 Airsoft guns come with an Orange tip to show they are not real and are a toy. We only sell Airsoft guns with those tips to ensure they are only replicas of the real thing.

1.4 They are not to be displayed in public, because they can be seen as a real weapon. Airsoft guns should never be concealed and only used in proper areas.

1.5 Airsoft guns should never be shot at another person or animal. Some of the Airsoft guns are very high powered and can either hurt, or cause serious injury or death.

1.6 Knives, Swords, and Daggers are very sharp and should be handled with care. They are not a toy and can hurt you. Most of the swords and daggers are for display purpose only and are not to be used as a weapon.

1.7 We take no responsibility for any damage, misuse or harm it might cause.

1.8 You take full responsibility for everything we sell and provide.

1.9 If you do not agree or want to take that responsibility then do not purchase from us.

1.10 By purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. Warranty:

2.1 We offer no type of warranty on our products we sale or carry.

2.2 We offer a 14 day return policy in the event the item was damaged or broken in transit or the item was not what you wanted or we mistakenly sent you the wrong item or product.

2.3 After the 14 days, we will not take anything back for any reason at all.
